Théo worked in some of the best pastry shops in France were he got his knowledge and strengthen his passion, he then moved to Spain were he was leading a pastry delivering most of the high-end hotels in Madrid. His love for South East Asia brought him to Thailand where he is bringing his knowledge and love to all El Mercado bakery & pastry range !
