Items offered on our website are available for delivery inside Bangkok area and upcountry. Upcountry delivery includes Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Samui, Phuket. For other provinces, contact us directly so we can accommodate your delivery.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
All products provided by El Mercado will be delivered as per strict temperature control:
– Seafood 2 to 5 degrees

– Dairy 4 to 10 degrees
.
– Cold-Cut 8 to 12 degrees
.
– Wine & Dry products at room temperatures.
– Special boxes, packaging & tools will be provided to maintain proper quality and temperatures before reaching your home.
DELIVERY CHARGE
Inner Bangkok delivery offered for all orders above 1,000 THB
Bangkok Central Business District delivery cost is free of charge for all the orders above 1,000 THB.
Purchased deliveries under 1,000 THB amount or outside the free delivery zone will be charged based on your postcode.

Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
