A solid meal with lamb of vaious cuts. Barbequed to intensfied the flavour before braising in red wine overnight.

Heat the content on low fire until the heat permeat the meat.

Add water or stock as needed. Season to taste and sprinkle with chopped parlsey to finish. enjoy it with mash potatoes.

TIPS: Add sauteed mushrooms, chopped tomatoes and chopped tarragons to create the classic lamb chassuer!

TIPS 2 : Add more root vegetables and a glass of guiness beer, reduce the liquid by half to make an Irish Stew!
